LAW ENFORCEMENT
EXPLORER/CADET PROGRAM
GRANT APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
| 1. | Application Form must be completely filled out. |
| 2. | Application Form must be signed by the Chief, Sheriff, Station Commander or an authorized person from that office. |
| 3. | Application Form must be signed by Explorer/Cadet Advisor. |
| 4. | Grant Application must be post marked on or before June 30 |
| 5. | Grant Request should be in brief letter form listing the items requested, the cost of the items, and how they are to be utilized. Must use agency letterhead. |
| 6. | Funds will not be disbursed until the Grants have been formally approved by the delegates at the CSFOP Conference in November, 2004. It may take several months before all monies have been presented. Departments receiving Grants will be notified by mail. |
